Did anyone even know that it's a thing??? It's one of those diary days that might be celebrated more in the USA; but hey, as if I needed any excuse to share flowers and send you my best wishes! Yes, you!

I'm probably biased, but I think nothing is better to put a smile on someone's face than a bunch of flowers. This cute table arrangement can go on your dining table, coffee table, office desk - or just on the side where you pass by regularly and it makes your heart sing.

But that all happens after your wedding day - because it was star of the show on your guest tables. And then a very lucky someone got to take it home afterwards. A floral arrangement that brings you joy beyond your wedding day. That's what I like to do!

I have to admit to having a bit of a love-hate relationship with Pinterest! It can be so useful for my couples who just don't know where to start with their wedding styling and flowers.... >>>

Buuuut, it's also a challenge when lots of brides see those perfectly opened flowers that turn out to be made from silk!

Truth be told, those gorgeous fluffy peonies and ruffly garden style roses can be a bit of a pain in the posterior! I agree they're completely beautiful; but they can be unpredictable. They don't always open to look their best at the desired time - and sometimes, peonies in particular, don't open at all!!!

I'm still a huge fan though, especially when it comes to roses - this tall arrangement was full of them and is luscious enough to look right at home in @wharefedalegrange

This is me smiling through the panic when I have those first conversations with my brides and grooms and their flower list is humongous!!! 👰 🤵💐

Truth be told, when you start anything new, it's an exciting and scary learning curve, isn't it.
.
That's how it's been for me with @wherebeesmeet as I've studied in college and learned at the bench with some of the best. Information goes in and the panic fades, eventually!
.
I take joy in the fact I can trot off to the flower market, buy a load of flowery pretties and make up some fabulous designs to show my brides and grooms what's possible.
.
So when they ask for umpteen table arrangements and a trillion buttonholes, I can handle it. (I think!). 👍😂 .
